About Me

Hi, I’m Regan Chappell. My husband and our two Pugs, Ruby & Rooster, live in our “fixer-upper” in the Upstate of South Carolina. Since I was young, I loved being immersed in art and design in many aspects. Whether I’m oil painting, furniture refinishing, or designing a remodel, I am in my happy place. For many years, I would work with my mother in her interior decorating business on the weekends and during the Summer. I attribute my creative spirit to her and am very fortunate to have been encouraged to continue my work as an artist.
I hold a B.F.A. in Visual Arts from Clemson University and am a licensed South Carolina Realtor. If you have questions about making your house a home for yourself or for the next owner, you’ll want to contact me!
The Philosophy
Your surroundings should empower you to be your most authentic self. Utilizing design principles that guide art making, each room can be transformed into a place of creativity, tranquility, clarity or whatever is required to make it your “home”.
As a Visual Artist, I treat each space as canvas. Using textures, colors and patterns I am painting your portrait in the space. My design concepts are inspired by you. Your personality and your goals ultimately shape the project, resulting in a space that is uniquely your own.

Why Work With Us
Take Back Your Time
Time is something you can never get back. As professionals in the field, my team and I know: how to design a space, what to consider when curating a design, what items to source, where to source them and how to put it all together for you. What does your time mean to you?
Planning
Knowing where to start can be the stumbling point for many homeowners. I provide you with 2D and 3D drawings to enable you to visualize the process and make informed decisions before committing to a renovation or decorating project.
Save Your Money
Looking to friends, neighbors or even your general contractor for design advice could end up costing you. Don’t waste time and money on rework and poor design. Do it right the first time.
Chill Out
There are many decisions to make in a design project that it can quickly become overwhelming, especially within a timeline. Working with a designer who can assist with considering mood, form and function when choosing finishes will give you peace of mind as well as a peaceful space.
