Meet Regan
I’m Regan, an interior designer, SC Realtor, artist, and lifelong creative. I’ve always had a hard time walking into a room without imagining how it could be better.
When I was a kid, I’d go to my friends’ houses and rearrange their bedrooms to make them look the best they could. I didn’t know it was interior design then. I just knew that I could see the potential in a space and I couldn’t resist bringing it out.
That instinct is still at the heart of what I do today.
I love envisioning a better layout for a kitchen, rethinking a bathroom, transforming an awkward room, or taking a house that feels dated or uninspiring and finding the beauty that’s hiding underneath.
You know how some people can watch cleaning videos on TikTok for hours because there’s something so satisfying about seeing a mess become clean?
That’s how I feel about renovation.
There is something about seeing a space go from before to after– watching a room that wasn’t working become functional, beautiful, and completely different. Seeing a room that serves my clients way better than they could have imagined – that never gets old for me.
My background in art has had a huge influence on the way I design. I’m constantly thinking about composition, color, proportion, texture, and the way all those elements interact. I love the process of pulling seemingly unrelated things together until they somehow make perfect sense.
But I’m also a real person living in a real home, and I understand that a beautiful house still has to function for everyday life. I want my clients to be able to actually use the spaces I create and not feel like they can’t sit on the furniture.
To me, great design isn’t about filling a room with beautiful things. It’s about understanding the people who live there, their routines, their memories, their style, and the way they want to feel when they come home.
Whether it’s oil painting, furniture refinishing, or designing a remodel, I’m in my happy place. For many years, I would work with my mother in her interior decorating business on the weekends and during the Summer. I attribute my creative spirit to her and am very fortunate to have been encouraged to continue my work as an artist.

Why Work With Us
Take Back Your Time
Time is something you can never get back. As professionals in the field, my team and I know: how to design a space, what to consider when curating a design, what items to source, where to source them and how to put it all together for you. What does your time mean to you?
Planning
Knowing where to start can be the stumbling point for many homeowners. I provide you with 2D and 3D drawings to enable you to visualize the process and make informed decisions before committing to a renovation or decorating project.
Save Your Money
Looking to friends, neighbors or even your general contractor for design advice could end up costing you. Don’t waste time and money on rework and poor design. Do it right the first time.
Chill Out
There are many decisions to make in a design project that it can quickly become overwhelming, especially within a timeline. Working with a designer who can assist with considering mood, form and function when choosing finishes will give you peace of mind as well as a peaceful space.
